It was a beautiful day for a car show, as Hickory Ridge High School hosted their first show to raise money for a new track surface. They registered 50+ cars and trucks, with a very good variety in attendance. Tracy Starnes brought Wayne's 65 Comet 404, while Larry Stein and Buster Moore brought their 68 Ponies to represent FOAC. They were joind later in the day by Wayne Starnes, and Jerry and Josh Sellers, after they attended the Stanly County Community College show earlier. Buster took home a Top 10 award for his Mustang.
